Our class, Diversity in Leadership, is coming to a close. It has been an invaluable learning experience. I have been encouraged to grow in multiple ways. I thank the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor for the opportunity to be a part of Cohort 3 of the Doctor Of Education Program.
For this class I thank Dr. Trae Kendrick for challenging us to take charge of our own learning. So, what are we charged to do as educational leaders?
